1、 Fully automatic operation of softened water equipment
Due to the use of computer online monitoring in the fully automatic water softener of the boiler, continuous operation and fully automatic operation of the regeneration process have been achieved. The entire process is free from manual interference, and there will be no advance or delay in the operation of the process. Moreover, the switching of each process is almost synchronized, therefore, the entire device is accurate, reliable, and efficient; Save water, salt, electricity, and labor. The cost of water production is low.
2、 Advanced technology and smooth operation of softened water equipment
The softened water equipment operates centrally with a multi-channel servo valve equipped with a timer, and is equipped with a modern microcomputer control system, elevating the equipment to a higher level; The system is safe and reliable, with a low failure rate and significantly improved scientific management. The computer also has a specific function of automatically adjusting and compensating for the remaining water volume to keep it running. For example, the regeneration time can be set at 2 o'clock in the morning to avoid peak hours. During regeneration, the computer can automatically estimate the average water production rate of the system over the past seven days and compare it with the current remaining amount to determine whether to issue a regeneration command. Non volatile memory (NOVRAM) is also used on the device. Once the power is lost, all data on the computer can be saved for a longer period of time, and it can automatically resume transmission after power is restored. All valve bodies are made of refined plastic steel and adopt valve disc self pressure or cylinder sealing technology to prevent leakage, blockage, corrosion, and solve the pollution problem of exchange resin.
3、 Softening water equipment does not require a dedicated salt production system
The softened water equipment cleverly designs a self-priming sprayer powered by the inlet water pressure in the multi-channel servo valve, which performs salt suction and water replenishment at regular intervals according to the process requirements. The preparation of the entire saltwater only requires a lightweight salt tank with a diameter of 500-1000 millimeters and a height of 1000 millimeters, equipped with a compact water level controller, located near the exchange tank. Eliminated the salt pond. Salt pumps, necessary transmission and distribution pipelines, and power distribution devices also eliminate the need for additional investment in dedicated water treatment rooms.
4、 Compact structure and small footprint
The entire set of softened water equipment is designed reasonably, configured delicately, and lightweight, and can be assembled on generally flat cement floors. No need for a dedicated foundation. A device with a water production capacity of 1T/H occupies only 1 square meter. The standardized assembly of accessories only takes 1-2 days for debugging, training, and completion of water production and production.
5、 Easy to operate and manage
As long as the initial data setting of the softened water equipment is correct, the system can operate faithfully and accurately according to the established program.
